Just so simple and easy dealing with Betta in Gladstone. Today was super quick, went to counter paid for freezer and then straight to the warehouse where they were waiting outside with it loaded it up in my Ute and I was back home unloading it in under half n hour. Can't recommend them enough.

We needed a new oven and couldn’t buy one in our town, after ringing a few places I tried Betta in Gladstone and was lucky enough to speak to Stuart. He found an oven in stock for me and was very flexible with the pick up time. It was ready to collect when we went into the store, paid for it and had it loaded in a few minutes. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you Stuart.

Skye had a excellent telephone manner and provided me with exceptional service when enquiring on freezer options. Absolutely awesome service from Danica. We had a faulty washer and Betta arranged a replacement very quickly. I can't recommend Gladstone Betta highly enough, especially for their customer service.

My son recently bought a TV for me and unfortunately it had to be returned. Blake helped me throughout this exchange. As the tv had been wall mounted he organised the guys to take it down and the new one put up with no expense to me. Thank you Blake and also the guys who set it up for me I really appreciated everything you did.
